I made this in Montfort's Tinker Shop/Maker Room for the lantern festival. I simply wrapped ang paos on a plastic bottle, drew on it, and put the LED inside it.

The top three lanterns owners would be allowed to bring home the LED cable as well as the lantern, the rest just get their lantern.

Surprisingly, my ordinary lantern won me an LED cable!
